Good Services
Lou Downe tried to answer this question on the book:
“How to design services that work?”
Before reading this book, I wasn’t consciously thinking about the third aspect of a GOOD DESIGN. The service should be “good for a society as a whole: it does not destroy the world we live in, or negatively affect the society as a whole.”
I’ve seen some examples of micro-designs on Google and Uber that consider Good designs for society as a whole.
